Do I need to install anything?
No. StockPulse is 100% cloud-based. You access it from any browser — desktop, phone, or tablet. No installation required.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free on the Business plan with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to continue or cancel with no charge.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. You can import products and customers via CSV. Our team can also assist with data migration for larger datasets.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security, so your data is completely isolated from other businesses.
Do you support eTIMS (KRA)?
Yes. The Starter and Business plans support external eTIMS — you can attach your eTIMS invoice numbers to each invoice. The Enterprise plan includes integrated eTIMS submission.
