Subscription Plans
StockPulse offers four plans to match your business size. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Business plan — no credit card required.

How Billing Works
Free trial: New accounts get 14 days on the Business plan. No payment needed. When the trial ends, you choose a paid plan or remain on the Free tier with limited features.
Payment: Subscriptions are billed monthly via Paystack. We accept debit/credit cards and M-Pesa. You'll be redirected to Paystack's secure checkout page.
Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You get instant access to all features in the new plan.
After payment: You receive a payment confirmation email with receipt details and (if upgrading) a welcome-to-new-plan email with a list of unlocked features.
Usage Limits & Enforcement
Each plan has limits on products, users, warehouses, branches, and monthly invoices. StockPulse checks these limits in real-time:
- When you try to add a product beyond your limit, you'll see an upgrade prompt
- Monthly invoice counters reset on the 1st of each month
- Feature-gated items (commissions, multi-warehouse) are hidden from navigation if not in your plan
Check your current usage at Settings → Billing.
Managing Your Subscription
Go to Settings → Billing to:
- View your current plan and usage meters
- Upgrade to a higher plan
- View payment history
- See your next billing date
Discount Coupons
StockPulse occasionally offers discount codes that reduce your subscription cost. If you have a coupon code, you can apply it on the billing page.
How to apply a coupon:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Look for the "Have a coupon code?" section and expand it
- Enter your coupon code and click Apply
- The discount is validated instantly — you'll see the discount details if valid
- The discount is applied at Paystack checkout when you next subscribe or renew
Coupon types:
- Percentage off: Reduces your subscription price by a percentage (e.g., 20% off)
- Fixed amount: Reduces your subscription price by a fixed KES amount (e.g., KES 1,000 off)
Referral Program
On paid plans, you can earn free months by referring other businesses to StockPulse:
- Refer a friend: Share your referral link — when they subscribe to a paid plan, you get 1 month free (up to 3 referrals)
- Become an affiliate: Earn 25% commission on the first 3 payments of each business you refer
