Interactive guided walkthroughs to help you learn every part of StockPulse
When you visit a page for the first time, a guided tour automatically starts. It highlights important elements on the screen one by one, with short descriptions explaining what each feature does and how to use it.
Each tour step focuses on a specific button, panel, or section. You can click Next to advance, Back to revisit a step, or Skip to close the tour. Once completed, the tour won't auto-start again on that page.
Look for the floating ? button in the bottom-right corner of every page. This is your gateway to replaying tours and getting help.
Click to restart the guided tour for the page you're currently on. Useful if you skipped a tour or want a refresher.
Resets the completion status of all tours. Next time you visit any page, the tour will auto-start again as if it were your first visit.
Links directly to these docs so you can read more about any feature in detail.
Each major section of StockPulse has its own tour. Here is what each one covers:
| Tour | What You'll Learn |
|---|---|
| Welcome / Sidebar | Overview of the sidebar navigation, how to switch between modules, and where to find key features |
| Dashboard | How to read your stat cards (revenue, expenses, profit, receivables), the sales trend chart, and quick action buttons |
| Products | Creating products, setting up units of measure, managing variants, and configuring price lists |
| Quick Sale | Using the POS terminal, searching products, adjusting quantities, applying discounts, and completing a sale |
| Invoices | Creating invoices, adding line items, finalizing, recording payments, and downloading PDFs |
| Expenses | Logging expenses, selecting categories, linking money sources, and using expense templates |
| Inventory | Viewing stock levels, receiving goods, making adjustments, and transferring stock between branches |
| Reports | Navigating the reports section, selecting date ranges, exporting to Excel/CSV, and sharing reports |
| Settings | Company profile, user management, roles, billing, warehouses, and other configuration options |
If you want to see all tours again from scratch:
Find the floating “?” button in the bottom-right corner of any page.
This clears the completion status for every tour in the system.
The tour for that page will auto-start as if you’re visiting for the first time.
Tours are per-user. When you invite a new team member, they will see tours automatically on their first visit to each page — no setup needed.
Tours work on mobile devices too. Steps adapt to the mobile layout so nothing is cut off or hidden.
Each tour only runs once per page. After completion, it stays out of your way. You're always in control — skip anytime, replay anytime.
